Elizabeth Moran, M.D.

A native Charlottean, Dr. Moran graduated from Charlotte Country Day School and pursued her undergraduate studies at Duke University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2000. She then went on to medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, earning her MD in 2004. Dr. Moran returned to Charlotte to complete her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Carolinas Medical Center in 2008, where she was elected Chief Resident and awarded numerous accolades. During residency, Dr. Moran received intensive training in high-risk obstetrics and complicated gynecologic issues, including infertility, gynecologic oncology, and minimally invasive surgery.

Upon completion of her residency at Carolinas Healthcare System, Dr. Moran worked in a fast paced OB/GYN hospital affiliated practice where she was privileged to serve thousands of patients in all walks of life. She is dedicated to excellence in OB/GYN care with a personalized touch.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Moran enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and loves travel, food, and wine. She is past President-elect of the Mecklenburg County Medical Society and is a member of the Mint Museum Auxiliary.

Dr. Moran has been honored annually by Charlotte Magazine as a Top Doctor in Charlotte since 2010.

 

Jasmine Cutlip

Jasmine Cutlip, FNP-C

Jasmine Cutlip is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialty training in gynecology, urogynecology, and urology. She is from “Wild & Wonderful”, West Virginia where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018.

Prior to joining Premier Gynecology & Wellness, Jasmine practiced in both the urogynecology and urology fields. Jasmine’s preference for delivering individualized high-quality care aligns perfectly with Dr. Moran's and Dr. Graham's dedicated practice. Her special interests include: perimenopause and menopausal treatment, contraceptive management, sexual dysfunction, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, bladder dysfunction, prolapse, and urinary tract infections. Jasmine is an active member with many women’s health organizations and has a goal to obtain her North American Menopause Society certification.

Parallel to Jasmine’s upbeat personality she enjoys being active. She finds joy in mountain biking, running, lifting weights, skiing, & hiking. She is always up for adventure!

 

Whitney Hoag

Whitney Hoag, WHNP

Whitney Hoag is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who’s passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where women feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care. She prioritizes autonomy in every visit and loves helping women understand their bodies at all stages of life.

Originally from Alabama, Whitney has lived in Charlotte since 2018. She earned her WHNP degree from Vanderbilt University after gaining experience as a registered nurse in inpatient and surgical settings. During her training, she rotated through several OB/GYN clinics across the city and is excited to continue caring for the women of this community.

She lives with her husband, two young children, and two dogs, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with her family and catching up on the latest true crime documentaries.
